• We decided organization's Chinese/English names are: 芝加哥枪友会，Chinese American Network of Firearm owners， canfire.org
• The organization will be nonprofit.
• The organization shall have several layers of management team: Officers, Board(董事会), Console(理事会) and Members.
• The first council meeting will be held at the end of August.
• The first console will be limited to about 15 people，We all agreed to take extreme caution inviting people into our console.
• The new organization will not have any relationship with any government or political fractions.
• We decided the criteria to be a console member(Pls see Peter's bylaw)
• Peter will prepare the bylaw before the 1st console meeting
• Peter will make a banner for future class
• 王军 will be in charge of organization registration etc
• Our timeline is to complete the establishment of the organization in roughly 2 months.
